SME, sole proprietor some more... all the PO amount go to his pocket lah... minus rm100 for the intern.

And like all SME single prop business.... not all day have work... works are seasonal at best... so free time go /k to shore up his ego leh..m

HR 30 years experience lah.

i dunno mang. the achievement u asking for in detail is for mgmt position who know all those projek details. else u r encourage interview to spin bs story in which case u will for sure hire 2 many good at tokking types mid mgmt lvl.

by do this u r filter away those who nogooding tokkok but reliable to get things done wothout excuse.
