everything needs to report back basically means micromanage already

the only thing left to report is TS went to toilet to pee...need to report 1st and ask for permission

but i do agree to no.1 though....be punctual as per contract...contract say 8-5PM...u arrive before 8..simple as that
especially for sales where u can't be late for your customer

the customers that i've sent greeting that day is actually some prospect customers that i've visited 3 weeks ago. New year ma, of course i would like to send some greetings to them and inquire/ follow up with them, keeping them fresh in mind and so that to build rapport and ultimately closing deal. But korean boss judgement is that i didn't get his consent before sending too, saying that greeting new prospect is very sensitive... we don't know which to appoint yet. That's why korean boss 3 weeks without any further action plan....like nothing happen for the visit. keep cold...

yes, as representative office... no matter how big your title.. you are just a foreign worker to them anyway. They will always have an expat korean taking over the office and supervise everything, just like those korean restaurants that you go. All branch manager is korean..
