such a stupid way.......so disappoint in maxis here u go my RM90 over balance and i call up since u guy said only way to get back the number is change to postpaid
POSTPAID?! nah!! no thank man take it my RM90 from now on no more MAXIS!!

You cannot telcos to perform charity services. They need ongoing to sustain their business too. If u are using their services, it means that you must be accepting their tnc also. There are many telcos providing service such as unifi mobile, one xox that provide longer validity which consumers can just switch to them instead if they are happy with the current one.

Maybe can try yoodo, RM3 a month to keep the number like me. Can make auto debit too just in case if you scare that you'll forgot to top up every month. I used this to "park" one of my number.
