I have already factory restore but issue still persists.

It started around 2-3 weeks ago that time is using Kodi 18.4 now using 18.5 still same.
Minix no longer provide update to the box, currently its Android 5.1 iinm.

elementum like quasar is a p2p addon... u may have unknowingly saved a ton of files, rendering the box out of storage.

check file storage; check org.xbmc.kodi folder, see it is is keeping unwanted files, erase them.

Btw the only difference of changes when it happens is i used a thumb drive as storage but found it very laggy during download so i thought the thumb drive speed is too slow, then i changed to a usb harddrive until now.

so, u have been using a thumbdrive as ext storage when using elementum?

if so, that is likely the explanation.... the i/o issues can be a drag...

better use a full HDD 1, 2, 4 TB size, NTFS formatted.

if u r mainly an online streamer, no gaming, no home theater... sure too costly, u will waste the best features.

if u must have netflix hd/4k, sure it's a no-no, better go mibox s cheap.


but if u want a mix of uses... esp local playback with hdr+, dolby vision, it may be a great choice.

but we dun know yet if it will do certain things that some people seek... AFRD, hdcp 2.2, DV profile 7, DTSX, full menus, etc...

will see who comes out with the first full review.
