Ok, as long as the tree root didnt destroy piping underground on future..
Btw for pokok durian when it fully grown, you can call majlis to cut the tree..

There some law if you want to do gardening outside of the house compound..

If you plant the tree yourself , the majlis will not cut for you... you can engage outsiders to cut for u

My relative from renggam are visiting my uncle family. They saw my uncle neighbour in front has a tree and based on leaf pattern it is durian tree. They advise my uncle better ask their neighbour to cut off before it bears fruit. My uncle seems worried and politely ask his neighbour. His neighbour no worry this species won't grow fruits.

Btw, is it legal to plant durian tree in front of neighborhood? I saw ppl plant nangka manga papaya but never before durian.

You won't be jailed for that. But mppj can cut the tree without your permission since its state's land.

Call majlis to chop it off. It will destroy surrounding floor and houses when it grew big

Muat ke?

Damn the durian tree at my nenek house so big and tall. Cant' imagine planting it at Rumah teres

Hybrid or those crossbred are generally much much shorter.

The 30 years tree at my house compound is only about 3 storey height, far shorter than those durian kampong trees that can easily go far taller than that, LOL.
