QUOTE(calvin84 @ Jan 18 2020, 05:34 PM) The management Fee 0.85% p.a. and 0.025% Trustee Fee p.a. is calculated and accrued daily. It will reflect in the daily price after end of the day. So you don't need to pay any fee out of pocket and it is all reflected in the fund price calculation, won't deduct your units or anything. Because there is no front end charges, RM 1000 investment you will get exactly equivalent RM1000 worth of units based on the price of the fund at the end of the day. As for payment successfully deducted from your wallet but confirmation page is not shown due to some network issue or unforeseen circumstances, rest assured that Opus Asset Management did a very good practice to check all the pending and unsuccessful transaction every 30 minutes with Boost and will update the investors about the transaction status. Happy Investing with OpusAM. you are with OpusAM? QUOTE(tan_aniki @ Jan 18 2020, 08:35 PM) Just now i saw the RM500 scan n pay mission available to activate and again the Opus payment page no response after Boost payment… I didnt make any report and yet the status became Accept for processing… phew… hmm means risky to add investment on weekend

QUOTE(calvin84 @ Jan 18 2020, 10:31 PM) Yes. I am with OpusAM. I came to put some post here because I saw there are some questions and unclear answer to those questions, so I wish to make some clarity on it. Do drop some questions here and if I can assist to answer, I would update everyone here. Actually there is no risk to add investment at any point of time. Although our working hours are 8:30 to 5:30, but we have scheduler to update and execute everything at its own without much human intervention. We know how to reconcile the transactions and status effectively. I believe some of you who contacted our client services also will give good comment to their effort and help in resolving most of your problems. Thanks for giving us a chance to serve you. If you like our service, do introduce to your friends and families, we wish that everyone will aware of the benefits of fixed income and achieve their life goals with us. Thanks. welcome. thank tan_aniki for opening the thread, and even boost awareness in the Boost thread i tend to do my transactions in the AM and had poor experience with Opus Touch during that time (QR code page did even come out). Eventually use my phone and do the login style - but did not manage to complete any Boost missions because of that.

my compliments to your team. Made multiple transactions today and all very smooth. Looks like Opus Touch and Boost integration is finally stable.
May I suggest a weekly/monthly newsletter from Opus to unit holders on market overview conditions etc. etc. For example how will yesterday's OPR cut affect Opus investments etc.
Good info for the public + exposure for Opus

QUOTE(GrumpyNooby @ Feb 19 2020, 10:15 PM) Mind asking why is so attractive on SIPF since the fund is very young and it's investing in sukuk (Islamic bonds). my guess is SIPF is currently at a lower cost, so dollar to dollar u get more units and more upside than IPF

because the NAV is only calculated once a day at end of it, it would already priced all negative news the day you sell. I don't see a way to "time" the bottom unless the news is particularly bad.. before 4pm

QUOTE(tadashi987 @ May 6 2020, 03:16 PM) since it is more conservative, can foresee it will be underperform IPF / SIPF? As per ProxMatoR from the PHS its benchmark is Maybank 1-month Islamic fixed deposit rate exactly like MPF and paid out monthy. So it will likely be lower than IPF and SIPF, but should be similar in performance and volatility with MPF. Note current maybank rate as of 9 May is only 1.9%
