Wise ppl will only sell when it is not yet reach the bottom and reinvest again when it is start to move up

What he is doing is right, even myself has been buying and selling these few days to avoid myself from missing the chance from buying at lowest point

Those who keep it without buy or sell will need to wait till it back to the same level of buying then only can redeem to avoid loss but who is gonna redeem when it is going up, end up only those who redeem when it start to drop and buy when start to rise will get the profit

Did I condemn his action/move?

Doesn't matter.
Just don't monitor and come back few months later.
It's called strong holding power.

if you still using the same mentality that you have in investing during bull market into bear market, you will not benefit from bear market.

I'm just speaking from the truth of the general population here.
Bear marker is the pocket opportunity which nobody cares for unless your stash is heavily loaded after years/months of waiting.

Ya. I think it will be separated because IPF is Maybank Trustee and SIPF is Standard Chartered Trustee. May be different bank processing windows of payment different a bit.

My experience from FSM.
They transfer in 1 shot if I sold off funds from 2 different fund houses as long as the settlement date is the same for both sell order.

Yes.
TS had mentioned that the default fund for new sign up account is IPF.
The other funds will only appear once you have bought IPF.

is the Opus money plus fund paying the daily interest?
*
It's a money market fund.
I don't think it "pays' in daily basis.
It just works like other unit trust fund involving buying and selling price.
The "daily interest" should be factored in the daily NAV.

MPF mandate can invest up to 10% in fixed income securities more than 365 day but less than 732 days. I believe may income some high grade short term bond papers (rated AAA).
