Same phone number as in Boost.
They assume that the Boost account you used to make payment should be using same NRIC as per your Opus account.

During payment, they have put a warning clause to use the same phone number as per registered in Opus.

Distribution is given on the units under holding.
No units; no dividend.
There's no such thing of pro-rated calculation or scheme.

T+1 redemption is directly from Opus via Opus Touch
The one you showed is redemption via FSM which needs T+2

If you still want to have the account, min units to maintain is 1000.
If you don't want to keep the account, you can do full redemption by emptying the remaining units in the account.
