Downgrade as in bond rating down from A to B
Due to many factor such as low collection of toll due to less ppl travel which will affect toll concessionaire and airline bond

If your transaction made before 4pm today, you should be entitled for it since the ex-distribution date is 24/6/2020

Ok, thanks for explanation. By lowering down the fund price through distribution, i think there's more higher potential gap for the price to go up, instead of fluctuating at high price. Please correct me if i am wrong.

It's a bond fund.
You won't have very exciting story with it.

Are you sure?
How about tax? No need pay tax?
*
No need.
Distribution received is nett distribution after tax under single tier taxation.

Capital gain is not taxable under personal income tax.

That why I say it's taxed
If no declares dividend then we can save the tax as long as not sell

As a unit trust investor, it's always at the best interest of the unitholders of the said fund not to declare any distribution as distribution is subject to tax.
I'm not fond of distribution in unit trust.
