I have a Vivo phone V15 pro which hang on the "Recovery mode" , i cannot press anything on the LCD screen.
The screen will just stop at Recovery mode . I have tried to perform hard reset (power on + volume down) , Still failed .

may i know which of the mobile shop can perform UFI flash to reformat my whole mobile and refresh to the factory default settings?
