Chelsea offer him 2 yrs deal, but willian preferred arsenal’s 3 years deal.
Winger after 32 yrs old start losing pace and stamina rapidly, so its really bad idea to keep him till 35 yrs olds.
Older defender (Luiz) or GK (cech) are still okay, but not a winger.
Willian have a very good upper body strength and able to hold and shield the ball considerably well for a winger/attacking player. Probably the 2nd best behind Hazard in this regard.
2nd strength is higher stamina than a typical winger. Making him able to cover both attacking and tracking back/defending phase considerably better than most winger...
3rd is his accurate shooting in the final 3rd...developed recently the past few year...Willian accuracy in shooting have improved considerably in the last few years...that is why he scored so many goals consistently for chelsea the last 2-3 years....
4th is good vision in link up play among team mates to open up chances
He may not be the fast and pacy dribbling attacking winger ...but really...quite a complete player in many aspect...
