We got a lot of youth coming up, so signing old players like willian and coutinho with the winning mentality wont be a problem since they can deliver right away for 1 or 2 seasons,
and at the same time sharing their experience to our talented youth like smith-rowe, saka and martinelli.
For them youth, maybe 1 or 2 more seasons they can reach full potential if they flourish well.

Same reason why david luiz got an extension to mentor saliba on getting used to the premier league.

and we can play 4-3-3 with those players.

with the combination of experienced and talented youth i think we are well-off on squad rotation.

i also think this was the problem with wenger, he was pushing the youths too much and they got burnt and never reached their full potential.
