TIME Dlink DIR-882, Cannot change admin password

Hello all,
It seems like I cannot change my router admin password. Every time I change password or any settings on this page (e.g. change idle to to 1 minute), it will not stick.

This is the router given by TIME Internet. I tried using 192.168.0.1.
Not much use for this router if I cannot change the default password haih... |
