Hello all,

It seems like I cannot change my router admin password.

Every time I change password or any settings on this page (e.g. change idle to to 1 minute), it will not stick.



Any idea on how to change the password?

Yes, already tried but the same result.

Are you using the 192.168.0.1 connection or via the App

Some how your interface is a bit different from mine.

I just bought the dir 882 also.

Have you upgraded to the latest flimware.

Perhaps you can reset your router avd repeat the setup process.

This is the router given by TIME Internet. I tried using 192.168.0.1.

Not much use for this router if I cannot change the default password haih...

Perhaps you should either call up Time or use the D link chat to ask for assistant.

Did you setup the router yourself.

If you know your PPPOE why don't you reset your router and setup again to see if it helps

Are you sure you have logged in to the true administrator account? My Unifi router also can't get full feature when I log in as the user ID "admin". After google search around and ask in lowyat forum here, some forumer says that the router admin account user ID is "operator", while "admin" was downgraded to as a normal user account.

Wanna know if this router can work well with Maxis/Unifi ISP? the service provider can lock the firmware control or disable the firmware update outside of TIME.com release, anyone can confirm? Thanks.
