is up to u whether u wan to be a professional engineer (Ir)
but to be a Professional engineer(Ir) in electronic..quite difficult as u quite hard to find a mentor.
however,for electrical.u can easily get someone to be ur mentor.if u work in LV...abit hard...preferable in MV or HV...brighter future to be Proffesional Engineer.
not necessary must take Master course unless BEM not recognise ur college/Uni.
