Hi health/fitness sifus,

Currently on the lookout for some decent running shoes on a budget, probably < RM200-RM250. Prefer to visit physical stores as need to try the sizes out instead of online.

Not really an avid runner as might just use it as a daily casual shoe. Current shoe is Skechers Elite Flex adnd they're quite comfortable especially with the memory foam.

So far I've been to several outlets such as OC [Original Classic]/ Skechers/Al Ikhsan & RSH just to survey. No particular brands springs to mind although been checking out some reviews on budget shoes.

WHY PAY MORE at mid valley

can try reebok at Stadium Mid Valley. they have few shoes discount 30 to 50 %.

I just bought 2 reebok shoes at Aeon Midvalley coz they have clearance sale for reebok and Keds....got 50% sale also.

U budget is too tight for adidas or nike...

Yeah, that price range unlikely I can get newer models. OC selling for like massive discounts on certain models so I used it as a benchmark. A bit reluctant to spend more than RM200 actually for shoes knowing that with my habits, likely the shoes will either wear out or become alligator mouth before long. Haha.

Hey Bro, can consider visiting Mitsui Outlet park at Sepang. There are quite a lot of shops there that are worth a look.

Just bought yesterday at aeon mid Valley... I don't like running shoes...got few running shoes selling yesterday..

I bought 2 pair of Adidas Ultraboost ST and 1 pair Pureboost at Mines shop... at 200 a piece...but size quite limited at that time. They have a lot of shop u can find around klang valley.

just go mitsui and buy Nike Pegasus 34. cheap and functional.

but at the end, its the question of what brand you like. we can recommend, but you will follow your heart anyway.

I was at Mitsui last weekend but didn't manage to go into Nike due to the queue.

Checked out Adidas/Puma/Lotto/Skechers and a few others too. Adidas UB/PB series were out of my budget.

I ended up scouring the Skechers clearance sales at the concourse area... A GoRun series and hopefully happy with the end results.
