Last time i dengar radio was back in 2012

I think it's because they only pay for the rights to play a fixed set of songs.

Cos it's a hit so play again n again.

tat's the main reason i've switched to Mix....but seems like sooner or later , i need to dump this as well...haiz...it's like they dont have any other songs....keep repeating that 20-30 songs for the whole day...

Get a very good FM transmitter then hijack the frequency play your own music...

Traxx all the way when I drive

Actually I wonder who decided which song to play in a radio station. Does the radio DJ pick them out of their own preferences? Or by request from the listeners via survey etc?

Number of airplay is one of the criteria which determine whether a song is a hit or not. So if only DJ gets to choose then hit songs are mostly decided by DJs?

I remember the time when the office I worked in, they had the radio turned on during office hour, that time the song Despacito was still popular, and every single day Hitz played the song more than 10 times just within the 8 working hours. That was real torture, I tell ya.

That's why they don't call it Lite & Easy anymore. It's Lite FM now.
