Oddly, transmission fluid changes are much more easier than engine oil, but more expensive. For engine oil change, its a bit messy as you’ll need to change filter, quite messy. For transmission, its just a bolt, relatively clean procedure
Plus, knowing u’ve done it correctly bring satisfaction

Yes. Changing oil and gear oil is easy. You'll feel stupid paying RM25-50 for the labour.
the main important point is not paying rm20-30 for labour but to clear the greasy oil into proper containment area...If simply throw the oil will bring pollution to environment.. at least those shop will sent back to factory for re-processing.
