what condo will you think is worth buying for investment now for completed condo.
budget below 300k and must be in PJ . good property management and developer reputation is significant too. Pelangi 1, Pelangi 2 , Astana are all high density and still very empty so i assume its difficult to rent out for investment. moreover, i dont know if metro kajang property management is efficient. |
