Acer monitor comes with 3 year warranty. If your monitor is less than 3 years, send it to Acer service center to get it repaired
No, receipt is not required, they can check the warranty immediately through the serial number

But before you decide to RMA it, have you tried using a different DisplayPort cable?
I believe the model is XB270HU correct?
Sadly this monitor only comes with a single DisplayPort port, so no choice but to buy another DisplayPort cable if you don't have any spares

Ouch. If the new DP cable doesn't fix the issue, then you're out of luck, just have to buy a new monitor

But... Maybe just try bringing the monitor the Highpoint service center & see how much it cost for them to repair it because I'm sure it's just an internal connection issue or leaking capacitor
If it's less than RM300, might as well go ahead with the repair
