Been meaning to ask you. Reading through your posts, are you based in Penang?

If yes, have you dealt with this seller before?

That English gave my bike cancer. In fact, this is the "corrected" statement after their even more confusing first statement:

Seems like the fire sale has kicked off. Quite a number of people are selling their RB on BSB Malaysia FB. Most of them were bought in July this year & reason for sale = "upgrading".

Still too early for "good" deals I think. 10K+ & 20K+ RBs are still posted on daily basis but I did notice some are repeated postings.

Also, what's good for me might be meh to you. biggrin.gif

In most cases, alu & Ti will usually bend instead of breaking into pieces like carbon.

in most cases carbon just patah just as how alu/ti would fail
patah or bend, does it matter? coz the rider would have jatuh, patah tulang or bleed to death dy.
*
I don't know how bad of a bent you've witnessed but the one I've seen first hand are just slight bent & that was on an alu & there was no accident resulted from it. Of course if it was the welded part that broke, then that's no different from a carbon frame breaking.

mostly will ride on road.

RB will be much comfier than mtb?

the lane i usually use is the PG bicycle lane

If you're on the island side, then do you have more friends who ride MTB or RB? It's more common to see lone RB rider but for MTB, usually it involves a group.
