This morning did a ride....quite fair bit of cyclist turn up and It bring me great sadness that people just don't fucking understand the sop

Few large group cycling together drafting close...bodo ke apa ....I told one group off ...practice sop please else cycling gets banned again....they just smile.

What the heck is wrong with people.

Cycle alone right now cannot comply ? So hard ?

Worst no mask nothing. Saw a bunch at the pit stop and sit there tokok no sop.

ya betul betul, susah sgt ke nk ride alone, the lead covid, whole line kena.

That day saya pass a group of riders baru nk jalan lepas lepak (on my first loop), semua dekat2, i slowed to a crawl let them jalan. Maybe kalau tk group xdpt above 30kph kot.

Thanks for the tag! I’ve been a wahoo bolt user for close to 4 years I think, one of the first few to adopt the system when it was here in Malaysia..

So far so good! Still working! The rubbers are all slowly peeling off though, so I took some measures to tape it up..

What I love about wahoo is that you get to change the display on the app, which is very convenient, view stats on the fly for some bragging rights brows.gif

I use my wahoo for directions, when I cycled from KL to Singapore…

Used it when I was in Chiang Mai Thailand training camp, my friend had a puncture, the kind people at Chiang Mai fetched him back, so I had to ride back alone.. even in a foreign land, the Wahoo Bolt could guide be back to my starting location

Used it on the busy roads of London for directions and did the Olympic route which passes by box hill in 2019..

I couldn’t recommend the product enough to anyone who’s looking for a bicycle computer! For the best after sales service, I got the wahoo from https://www.facebook.com/GiantBicyclesPetalingJaya/

Feel free to look for the owner Ruey and tell him Calvin says you give the best price in town 😆

If my wahoo ever breaks down.. wouldn’t mind trying the newer generation of Bryton though 😂😂

Here is how the app looks like for a workout

Thanks boss, waiting for the ROAM to arrive rolleyes.gif Apahal ka the Bolt V2 xder in malaysia yet.

On a Bryton 420, the data pages are not intuitive, very hard to gauge your effort and all. While riding no hal. Overall it is still very very good, but due to the app, you might have to sub to Strava to get some decent analytics, or maybe i miss out on something (ignore GoldenCheetah...hehe)

Due to self physical limitation/deterioration or covid/time/commitment restriction?

Boss, I am wondering too, since cycling kalau far far one, burn quite banyak calorie.

And I still wonder why many cyclist masih boroi, why aaa?

Sbb assume ada exercise so can eat more is it?

Sorry ye, just trying to find the logic.

anybody on Praxis m30 bb, with the weird 30mm DS and 28mm NDS bearing?

my NDS bearing shot after 4000km only, propriety bearing...

ini machiem tukar Ultegra, tapi 165mm very very RARE stock. At least the BB is cheap and readily available.

I'm on this. Don't seem to be a problem. Should be over 4000km. Bb u can order from singapore https://www.elitecustom.sg/collections/praxis-works

Or try to source 2nd hand Facebook or carousell. Might get lucky. Specialize uses this Crankset. Some can be had for 300 400
*
Spez baru informed that the 28mm NDS is actually 6806 with a 28mm shim, boleh tukar.

But malas with the hassle of the Praxis thingie liao, sudah order new 165mm UT crankset , nanti pakai with the cheap+good shimano BBR60, habis cerita.

And thus my aluminium bike has complete UT groupset (minus chain+ cassette)

It does sounds like ur body is giving u signs that it is lacking of something.

Unless u r training for something, best listen to ur body. Imo.
Not worth draining ur body for the sake of just riding..

Fyi
We do not need to ride long hours or long distance to train to be faster...
Just a structured training will do...
If that is not ur goal,
just enjoy the ride,
enjoy the scenery,
enjoy the process..

hahaha mind PM me how urs look like ... curious..

my elevation gain >>> distance
*
Haha, apa nk tengok, elevation 3072m, distance 3700km, time 137hr, tp this year banyak on trainer, wahoo head hooked with assioma, so time tu askewed la, sbb strava records the time, but not the distance nor the power. Strava issue, kena power up my trainer, or Zwift it.

Started Strava in August. I got 1000km but 19000m elevation. Should distance be more?
*
ah, xde apa sgt, FYI for ppl, walaupun bawa average 20kph, tp climbing 10% grade, itu kira PRO level sudah

Same like ppl so proud cakap can tahan average 35kph, but draft orang saja from A to Z. At least on the grade you ada proof la, haha. High climb, respect! Not many ppl like to climb, sbb average rendah, cannot show off biggrin.gif

But, kayuh kesihatan sajaa, sendiri happy, satisified jadi laaa biggrin.gif

of cos there a group riding,
but bro... chill la... female cyclists dah la so lil, dun la halau them away just because they dun ride alone.
bagi muka sikit...

then again now that u mentioned, different road surface different average speed,
so does total distance vs total elevations
i noticed the elevation gains of ur rides are kinda low, which makes it easier to gain higher average speed  biggrin.gif
Malaysia banyak hills to cycle (except langat n sempah now),
Do try them  tongue.gif
35km/hr for how long ... ?
if u can sustain avg speed of 30km/hr, 35km/hr in draft zone should not be a problem, unless u r in the front pack.
if ur route is flat, aero takes precedence, weight does not really matter unless u place them at an anti aero position(s)...
tat is also y, drafting requires some training too to properly draft behind a person

as some of us also mentioned, if you have the right nutrition planning, solo XXXkm u will still be strong at XXXkm unless it is a segment of your weakness.

just wondering, how long have u actual cycled with ur RB?
