Yesterday morning feihai went cycling with waifu to Eco Grandeur and Elmina Rainbow Bridge. 63km pergi balik, today my back pain as if I had 3 sessions of bed marathon back to back.

Hahaha logic also...

So let's just say that we had 3 sessions of doggy back to back

with lots of stops. and mostly flat road. plus i save alot of energy as i glide alot compared to actual pedalling.
wife is not very fast so most of the time i pedal a few times and just freewheeling it.
plus a puncture while in Elmina Rainbow Bridge, spent almost an hour there from arriving to departing.
then on the way back had to stop for lunch and wait out the passing rain.
left home at 8am and only reach home at 4pm. return leg the butt and wrist hurt leh
i dunno how many ppl can do 100km and say it's just a normal workout.

anyway i am looking forward to re-do this route alone and see how long do i take.
got two but only use 1, bcoz another bottle taruk on foldie.

dont cheat me 3 years old can or not? i rode my motorcycle there occassionally and got ups and downs oso leh....

uh, in roadbiking, ayam truly a noob leh....
these few years i major in motorcycling and only occasional foldie riding.
this rb i just got it last month and total mileage is slightly below 100km

ah, klia circle... i saw on strava... niameh that place sibeh hot under direct sun...hardly any shade/trees. i think with wide open space like that the wind must be pretty strong

i did from kapar - pantai remis on previous mtb. also with wife. yea pretty much flat all the way. only hated one stretch where i had to go through gravel road, if i chose kampung road and avoid the busy main road.

my wife complain she kena sunburn and yea i can really see the red red marks where her skin was exposed.
then i showed her my thigh with 2-tone colour and told her, mine isnt red but black black liao.

me i dont have habit of putting sun lotion

wife, err.. that day was supposed to be a morning short ride and planned to reach home before noon so sunscreen tak bawak.

but while we were at puncak alam i proposed to ride further, hantam saja

we're both wearing long sleeve shirt,
she had long compression liners on, so no issue there. only the face and neck exposed.
i only had 1 short cycling pants. plan to buy long cycling pants pulak after this.
which one better, just the pants alone or the type with singlet-like extension?

What is the benefit of having that singlet extension on a cycling pant?

I was thinking that if I had to go berak in toilet that singlet part very kakacaucau

I hate it when the sticky sweat get accumulated behind the knee. And after some time, that part felt irritated.

For example with my short pants, the part where there is a silicone liner to prevent the leg end part from going up, that silicone left a line of mark on my thigh. It hurt at that place.

Yup. part and parcel of riding big bikes.

hou sui emm sui that day i wasnt wearing it because i was out for a short leisurely engine warm up ride, wasnt even going anywhere far from home.

luckily i still have a head full of hair, so cant see the burn marks.

anyway i wear a silicone sweatband, bought from mr diy. works great for moderate sweating. but when super heavy sweat when even you sweat out through your eyebrows and eyelid skin, that one cannot help la
