Talking about comfort, the quality of leather seats is one of the important factors apart from space and NVH. I've sat in the Teana, Camry and Accord about 4 or 5 years ago. The Teana felt most comfortable due to the soft and plush leather seats. The leather seat in the Teana feels like quality Rozel leather seat at home. The Accord comes in 2nd place for comfort. Leather seat is also soft but not as plush. Camry's leather is the hardest so it comes in last in terms of comfort. The Ford Mondeo's leather is also the hard type.

Its fitted with cooling kit.
Thing is how the past owner drives it, if apek drive slowly then can last longer.

Anyway if failed, can get JDM halfcut or those rebuilt gearbox for 3k

My family got 2 Nissan cars (no CVT = no problems). Jatco CVT reliability not good btw

Old post but since someone revived this thread and I saw this response, thought I'd reply. I owned the Nissan Sylphy 2009 which is on CVT and throughout the 5+ years ownership, no major issues other than wind sound on the driver's window at higher speeds (fixed by adjusting rubber seal) and bubble at dashboard (replaced FOC under warranty). When I sold the car after 5 years, the mileage of the vehicle is below 55,000 km, perhaps low mileage so the CVT is still "new" and holding up well.

Saw ex owner complained about the sampan ride during cornering.
But should be alright since it's driven slowly by ah peks

It was around 2011 or 2012 period, an ex-colleague bought a Teana 2.0. During that time she was in her early 30s and a type who drives fast-n-furious, even though the vehicle has soft suspension and high body roll in cornerings. I suppose most people who chose a Nissan particularly Teana during that period value a comfort and quiet ride and also the lower price when compared to other competitors such as Camry. The soft leather seats, good NVH and smooth ride are all the Teana's forte which take precedence over power and race-car capability or performance where there are more suitable options to pick from.
