I just started watching this.... like halfway through Ep 1, stopping coz tired and going to bed lol. Will continue tomorrow.

But why does it feel like a fucking normie show? It feels like an MCU film, I mean it is by Jon Favreau...

Feels like everything happens so efficiently and sequences are followed by one another efficiently and events happening conveniently, elementary dialogue exchange, everything feels very straightforward and plays out like a domino effect, exactly as you'd predict it.
Lacks depth and drama, or "muh heavy moments".

I hope this turns out better than my first impression coz the show is hyped as fucking fuck right now, and I'd be furious if it ends up exactly like anything MCU-tier garbage - all aesthetics and muh hip culture, lacks drama and depth, cringey script, piss-poor writing... muh quips, generic baddies and minions etc

We'll see tomorrow.. I'll fucking rant here if it sucked ass.

Thank you so much for giving me a great end of this decade. I cried happy and sad tears from Episode 1-8 I can't say how happy I am you have stole my heart with your inevitable cuteness. Please be safe both of you. Listen to your Daddy ya don't naughty naughty (I know you wannabe a pilot like him flying that ship) but please take care of each other. See you in next adventure (yup Season 2 edy started filming) and know that I love you so much you're most the adorable creature I ever seen may the Force be with you and your Daddy. Hopefully no more child abuse scenes in Season 2. Enough with the dropping and hitting Baby Yoda those scenes are not cute at all yes he is a tough fighter like his Daddy but ffs he's still a baby have mercy!

Jon Favreau said he wanted to give the audience a surprise in The Mandalorian series (which is the baby) and he succeeded.
The story seems childish for those who dislikes it but I love the heart warming tale about a single father,which is not easy being one and his adopted baby. No stupid jokes no annoying oh-I'm-the-coolest-hero lady killer bullshit like in all superhero movies no emo prick villains no unneeded stretching plots like standard tv drama it's a short simple but effective story telling which is my thing.

Glad they already filming Season 2 now i can't wait to see more of the baby.

But but i kinda frustrated when i saw mando face for the first time not hensem like the Witcher series lol

First appearance should be well groomed lol

He's Oberyn in Game of Thrones,if you watch that show. First time I saw his name in the Mandalorian credits ending I was like "Holy hell that's Oberyn!" 

anyway he looks less skinny now which is good. The character's still awesome imo it just the actor underneath the fancy helmet and armour may not live up to everyone's fantasy. well I have no complain about Geralt's actor in The Witcher although I still prefer it was Mads Mikkelsen instead. 

I only remember Jon Favreau from Chef,decent movie but I won't rewatch. surprisingly he didn't pull the same stupid antics of all Marvel movies in this tv series.
Aloof main character,cute baby,strong female support (glad that Cara is actually strong woman not just some skinny b*tch pretending to be strong and useful),space adventure and fight the bad dudes in 30 minutes episode. Rare formula these days.

events happening conveniently? well it's an easy stuff to digest no dragging crap so I'm ok with it. those who are born with 4 braincells like me will find it fun and entertaining as opposed to unnecessarily frustrated for not getting the point of technical shit in show like Mr.Robot.

I expected bs drama when I first saw the title,paired it with Disney yeah another wtf Star Wars milking franchise??
