just spend a bit of time researching, and fix up the car. it might cost 1, 5,10, 15k to fix it up, but you will build up your knowledge about car, and why "everything suck" can be fixed.
Myvi is cheap to fix up. just go buy original parts and find a good workshop to help you.

Does it means if i spend 5-7k, it will be good as new? For now when I drive the car I don't really feel comfortable in terms of the suspension, body frame, stability, and the door sound isolation rubber are like loosen and it hard to close the door ><
it seems that you already want a new car. so if you are financially able to get loan for new car, go ahead then. but do make some homework before purchasing one. because not everything is covered under warranty. and also insurance premium would be higher since it is a new car.good luck
