Bad control = change better tires, i recommend hankook v12 evo 2 (rm1k)
Bad sound system = change headunit, change speakers (take kenwood or pioneer brand (rm1k). I redo mine, 1 headunit and 4 speakers all new costs me around rm1k.
Old tint = redo tint. Get good ones (rm1k)
Bad design n bad power = u will get tje same thing with new myvi....
So total u need only 4.5k max.
