Indeed! I have gotten a L2 unit and my brother L3 unit. Might be going again for L4 for another brother hopefully. But i think they should give invitation letter prior to queue for genuine buyers.

True that. But the loan application must have the registered name as per ballot application. So the workaround is really family.
Unless they don't mind having other people name in the house title which usually is a risk and the cost to remove them later is also 5 figure amendment. Not worth

The layout is out already (those who still have the ballot link can see the proposed layout there)
It will be two rows where the back road facing the Jalan Impian Indah is like L3, straight row behind the road.
While the front row will bend along the road in front with empty land between both rows.

i guess the cheapest unit for all Legasi phases is less than 1mil after discount but L4 will not be the case..
If 1.2mil launch price, also good for all legasi buyers as the price appreciate organically.

I think when you open door you cant see the high road in front house. Its the back of the house bacing the Jalan Impian Indah. Its okay i feel but not the best of course.
As for L1 i agree the intermediate are the better choice but for corner units its not ideal compared to L2 where theirs have more of a semi d feel in terms of space

By the way all, I have the floor plan architect drawing for both L2 and L3 as I know someone that tender for one of the project with SP Setia.

I added some users into our L2 whatsapp chatgroup and i did share the drawing there so everyone can start planning space and renovation as it entails measurement as well as column and beam placements
