And we've not heard anything from other owners also. We could be for a joint entrance between 1&2 or 1-4, but if other phase owners don't see the benefit, its not gonna happen.

Anyone knows how the RA gonna be organised? A shared entrance definitely more likely if the RA is across all Legasi phases.

Tldr: we can discuss here till pigs fly but too many unknowns currently for good informed decision.

this usually happened to project with strata title. as it is calculated by the size of the unit and governed by law.

Got the progressive billing of the first 10% for legasi 2. What is the progress billed for legasi 1?
