Hi all Mazda Lantis kia

Even i havent own this car, but i am on the way to buy it. Even it is almost 10 years old car from now. But I still fall in love with it It is look sporty ! Cool ! Easy to Improve or modify it

I have ern money and hopefully able to pay cash for this 2nd hand car and also hopefully will be have one left for me And of course after i buy the car, I sure will change the Mazda old logo to its newest logo "V bird Wing" style

I havent buy yet. But the price should be around RM26K, my brother will help me to search for this Lantis car for me because he is mechanic ma

It is the original Lantis using V6 engine meh ?

Yeah I like Lantis' design too. I used to think of getting one, before I got myself a EG Hatch. Haha, kinda worry for its spart parts availability and high FC (1.8). Well, Mazda is famous with their acceleration, and also high FC. Give and take huh?

If it's not a mod than that's a Lantis Type R, i believe.
V6 KF-ZE rated 170 HPs.

Ehh, what is Honda EG ?

If you are not concern with resale value and spare parts availability, well this car is considered sub zero (cooler than cool).


My advice: Don't buy a car just because you want to impress wimminz

honda eg = honda dolphin headlamps

mazda is a nice car, but everywhere have poor resale value, even in australia lol

but the mazda 3 is picking up its sales here, hehe

I am understand your advise, it is true.

But some how, I am prefer to buy the thing that I like, even if end up with some dissappointed thingy (eg: FC high, hard to find spare part), at least it is my own choice i am also have plan to buy Savvy, but i really not attract by savvy. So if i m going for Savvy and fater that if found out it is not worthy, then I would be very sad since outlook lose to Lantis, plus spare part also exp.

Additional factor, Lantis far cheaper than Savvy so i can kao tim the cost in very fast moment

Any one of your fren want sell their Lantis ma? especially those from Penang or Kedah

hehehe... i'm driving lantis 1.6. but most of all..the look is still beatiful for 90' cars. for spare part not have problem.. i'm also take parts from spare part shop. no problem at all. don't hear some rumors or gosips from others that not using lantis. but if u want buy lantis.. i can give some advise that part u must check before buy it. hmm.. for auto.. it's not so syok if u add 17' rims but for manual... it's ngam n syok. hehheh... sadly lantis 1.8 manual it's hard to find than 1.6 manual.(i'm prefer manual). most of lantis goes to 2.0 v6 but lantis also got 2.5 v6. for 2.0 v6 fc.. u can go to Johor baru around rm 60 or half tank. so u can think fc for this engine. it's save right??

Hye...me also planning to buy Lantis. I fall in love with this machine since I saw it in 94@95. That time I only kid but already fall in love with this thing till now. I already own Saga LMST version 2006 but will change to Lantis soon. Just wait for my cheque to be ready.
FYI, I already contact one fella in Seremban that want to sell his Lantis with complete Mazda Speed bodykit and 18" rim. And its 1.6 manual.
Really cant wait to ride this beauty.
