update on 23SEP20,
the pemaju never contact me back for the kwsp status and already reuploaded the kwsp + withdrawal history for the (tidak sah status) and contacted another third party agent that also handling the sales for the pemaju. Was informed that there'll be high possibility of not getting a unit/approval for those that apply thru rumawip portal without paying 15k booking fee. well, i guess stay low mmr then.

Bolehkah pemaju membuat sebarang kutipan bagi proses permohonan Residensi Wilayah sebelum menandatangani Perjanjian Jual Beli?

It makes sense since it is very unlikely that the actual target buyers of these affordable properties could afford to sacrifice an early upfront payment of RM15K to book a property long before the signing of S&P. What if the developer takes the bulk of booking fee and flees? However since we live in Bolehland, as long as nobody reports or complaints about it, the country's law is sort of optional. doh.gif

I think 15k booking fee is quite a lot for someone buying rumawip

But since this is the only way for you to get this project, then bohbian lo

There's another rumawip called armani petaling at taman connaught even worse, developer ask buyer to fork out additional compulsory RM23k as an "upgrade" to pay upfront lol but what to do if you really want it
