I think 15k booking fee is quite a lot for someone buying rumawip
But since this is the only way for you to get this project, then bohbian lo There's another rumawip called armani petaling at taman connaught even worse, developer ask buyer to fork out additional compulsory RM23k as an "upgrade" to pay upfront lol but what to do if you really want it |
