One car park is an ass. There will be lotsa car arounf the bulding.

Ass what ? The developed countries, some apartments no carpark because everyone commute with public transport..

Malaysia still left behind..Like African countries..

You know what the problem is. The current gov is not prioritizing public transport, but decided to go for flying car/third national car instead.

If public transport is top north, the people does not have to buy cars. Min two car for household is a norm as both husband and wife is working.

Should clear the kampung housing. And will sit next to a masjid. I wonder if they clear the land, will the kampung owners be alotted one unit of this project..

Zero info about the developer Impero Land Sdn Bhd on google.

The layout makes space bigger than usual. But there is Indah Water plant nearby.

This should be a new company set up specifically for this project.
SA did mention developer is affiliated with PolyRitz Group.

Not only is there a plant. Nearby also got cemetery,masjid,squatters,ktm,suria pantai,ancube botanic,PSP, and taman rimba.

Rio leasehold with big HTC.. density wise both are comparable

You can google Poly Ritz Development, it seems that they are somehow similar (their floor plans are almost identical as well)

That's lousy correlation to justify a new developer.
