Double combo spam scam

So i got some random SMS spam a month or so ago. I proceeded to block the number. Guess that didn't work. Still got billed.
Fairly hesitant to reply to these sort of SMS's, never know whether the reply prompts more spam or actually stops the spam. 
Anyways - i've heard that the thing to do is make a report on the MCMC website? Is it possible for a Maxis rep to resolve this? |
