So i got some random SMS spam a month or so ago. I proceeded to block the number. Guess that didn't work. Still got billed.

Fairly hesitant to reply to these sort of SMS's, never know whether the reply prompts more spam or actually stops the spam.







Anyways - i've heard that the thing to do is make a report on the MCMC website?

Is it possible for a Maxis rep to resolve this?

Happen to me twice , 2nd time i call digi center telling i didn't subscribe for such service n they refunded the fee . In my case i act once received the sms . Still u can try ur luck calling maxis.

This kind of spam, u block or complain to maxis is no use...

Just make complain to maxis or whatever telco n get the complain number n just file complain to mcmc....

They spam u 10 times, u complain to mcmc 10 times...

This what i do, until now 2 years already never received any spam again...

I made a complaint to MCMC already. Will try and engage a Maxis rep if possible to resolve.

I also got this ShemarooMe shit. Called Maxis CS to block it..
