Best internet for WoW in Malaysia?, migrated to malaysia, latency very bad

Hi guys, just a quick question, would really really appreciate it if anyone could help me out.
I used to play WoW in the u.s, but i just migrated back to malaysia, and i just started WoW and the latency is really bad.. Can anyone help me out in terms of which is the internet network i should use for WoW? Im just abit blur here.. thanks alot guys. Is TM okay? |

US server, the ping will be around 200-400ms Oceanic server, 100-200ms Maxis Fibre in my office: Similar to unifi, maybe add 20-50ms, fking unstable, spiky, cant even do proper web surfing |
