Almost end of the year hope soon will have sales
Need headphone for gaming purposes

around RM0-350ish
nothing more than that
ish can be until 360 or less lightly will go for 370-380 but might consider
sometimes even 100-200 range also nice so not necessarily looking for 300+

btw, sound is one thing, need good mic also lah of course

im considering extra mic as well in the year coming purchase but not this month la
beside I think if using mic, need the stupid long hook or whatever you call it, to place the mic there right
so that might be pricey kan

anyway just recommend headphone with mic for gaming purpose
thanks

I will look at it
give name already suffice
but if want to give link also ok thanks

Rm400 can? Usd99 got a lot of choices. Sennheiser GSP 300 is very good. Probably the best mic too at this price point

There's a couple of vendors selling Superlux HD681 for like rm40 on Shopee.
Search for store "valuesmart", this guy seems to be selling the ones in better condition.

Don't know if used or what, but they mentioned it's old unused stock.

Pair it with a Boya By-M1 lavalier mic for another rm40, boom you just got a good deal for like rm80 tops.

let me tell you one general knowledge that you should know.
open-back headphone meant for audiophile are very good for gaming, especially those headphone with wide soundstage, except if you go for place that have too much ambient noise la.

just read the amazon review section, there are few people commented it for gaming use:
https://www.amazon.com/Audio-Technica-ATH-A...ype=all_reviews

still dont believe me, go see what kind of headphone streamer 'ninja' and 'tfue' use when streaming.

as for the mic, just get the clip-on or tripod mic la.aliexpress got alot.

Last time I test Alcatroz something HP something (that's the model), and it was clear enough. Sound quality so-so la, but for gaming sufficient.

Not sure about Logitech though. They have gaming headphones now.

If you want all-rounder, for music also, need RM400.

Buy this, rm36
https://shopee.com.my/Superlux-HD-681-Headp...5616.2906301363

Buy this, rm36
https://shopee.com.my/Microphone-Clip-Mic-B...8192.1640985934

Total = rm72

Take a gamble.
If they suck, you still habe rm350-72= rm278 to buy a "proper" gaming headset.

Seriously, the HD681 + Boya Mic is going to blow entry level "gayming headsets" priced at rm150-200 out of the water, like the cheapest Logitech or HyperX Cloud whatever.

It's old stuff, 2011 models.
I think they're new la, just old unused stock.

These were popular and peaking back in 2013-2014
HD681 at rm80, the better HD668B at rm150.
Superlux then updated the 681 with HD681 Evo, at rm150.

HD668B still sounds the best among the three.
The, then, newer Evo has the better build and comfort.
HD681 remains the cheapest and still sounds good.

At rm40 they're half the price when they were fresh on the market.

Just buy it. Only rm40.
If broken just ask for refund / return.
I doubt they'll refund it, they'll probably send you another one in good condition.

Why? Bikos they'd rather earn the money than having hundreds of old stocks that are as good as paper weight if they're not sold.

Nah. My future setup. Panasonic SHP9500.

Now using Superlux HD668b no mic, can put add on mic but i don need mic yet i think.

Ayam audiophile 1st, game 2nd.
Did try cheapo set corsair HS50, but audio quality really sampah compared to my current hd668b with similar price.
My superlux pair rly the best for audio quality at it's price, around rm150-ish.
Audio quality of comparable to senhaiser hd600 quality but at garbage price with trashy build quality.

I had HS50 which I had a good experience with before I gave mine to my little brother and got the HS70 which is wireless.

I am not audiophile, so I think my recommendation is good for the layman.

HD668B > HD681 Evo
Both new rm150

HD681 non Evo back then was rm80
now clearance rm40

just fucking buy it
even if you bought 668B or Evo, same shit, they're all old stock
it's new and sealed la, just old stock

look up YT reviews or unboxing, anything recently
they all looked just fine, even if they're 2011-2014 models

it's the same shit, old stock
the one shopee link i posted has like 95 units left
they're brand new

rm40 vs rm150, it's a no-brainer dude

As i said, build quality is trash level. A bit tight when new, need to do stretching a bit and pads oso hard like dry shit. Change the pads if u want hd668b.
Sound quality wise, imo it's the best out there for it's price.
SUPER big soundstage which i rly like.

HD668b and shp9500 are open-back kind of headphone..dis kind of headphone not gud if u live in/around noisy place. U wont hear the sound, if let say got rempit motobodo/cagerbodo dat like to ram2 engine or got noisy exhaust.
