Recently when I pass by the semenyih area, there are lots of new housing development projects over there. What do you guys think about that area? Is it a nice place to own a house there and live there? So far there are still lots of empty land waiting for some developers to build the houses or shops. Will there be a busy town in coming years ( of course traffic jam too) ?

Well it's still nearer to KL vs those in N9 like Seremban 😁 which some call South KL 🤣

If you work in kajang, bangi, putrajaya then it is a good place to stay. Further than that, buy at your own risk.

Actually after the property sector booming out in 2013 there hasnt been any new development.....except setia one at beranang.

A lot means you should try kepong metropolitan and opposite.

Imo, semenyih is a good place to live..nice new township such as EM, SEH, serene height, eco forest, diamond city, upcoming mutiara hills etc.. all those township is next to each other..u exit 1 township then infront of u entrance for other township..nice..

P/s: i'm no fan of semenyih..i'm always klang boy who travel daily to KL..haha

There is no better place than Semenyih. It’s near KL. Cheras and whatnots, down south is JB and Singapore. It sits in between. U must be crazy not to buy

If your budget is under 700k.... Then die die want new landed... No choice... Semenyih is ngam for you....

For distance, i think semenyih is nearer. But if time, i not sure will it be faster or not, as seremban u can use plus highway..

I always travel at plus highway near seremban area, and see the advertisement 'kerja di kl, tinggal di forest heights', lol. But forest heights house really are nice, and good place to stay too

The jam starts from Nilai till KL CBD during morning rush hour... Around 1 hours drive like that...

Wait for d new highway to complete which link to silk highway, and direct to kl

Lol the total number of projects currently being built here in Semenyih is like 2X of Kota Kemuning-Rimbayu, BSP.

If today, you hear people staying there complaining about the road jam, you wait another few years. Semenyih will be 2x that.

canal city only got 4 developments. If die die want to add Gamuda Cove, its 5.

I know 4 well known ones...EcoHills, eco majestic, eco forest and setia something, the one next to eco forest.
