my late father only took the MRTA for my brother, not himself. i wonder why my father did not take MRTA for himself. is it because he was a government servant and he was already covered by MRTA which is compulsory for all gov servant? what do u think?

btw, about this MRTA, can i check with the loan provider whether my father was covered by the government's MRTA or not?
