flippers also wont lose la.. provided they bought from developer who gave them rebates, waiver on stamp duty, MOT fees & etc..

That’s why I prefer the 3 monthly roll over like what is being offered to me by the banks at the moment. Far for liquid with equivalent if not better interest rates than traditional FDs. Only hassle is have to do internal transfer between account every quarter or so, but the RMs are very good - will text me before hand to remind me to do so.
