the days of "chinese language only" boxes are long over, u cannot find them unless u buy in china.

all boxes sold internationally now are in eng.

u may want to specify a bit more:

.. netflix - must the box be able to do netflix in hd/4k? yr tv cannot do?
this is impt becos this netflix hd/4k feature is quite rare in boxes - either u pay a lot for it or give up other features.

.. plex... how r u sing it, what file types, setup u already have?

if u describe better in detail, u may get better response, hopefully not waste $$.

yr key requirements of netflix hd dictates it... and to be sure yr plex works well...

imo, u should get a nvidia shield tv pro 2019.

that way, u are future proof when u change to a 4k-hdr-dv TV.

u did not mention anything about audio/home theater... guess not impt.

there are cheaper (and much cheaper) boxes can do this but not that, can do that but not this.

so, it all boils down to what u MUST have.

prcies can go from rm1xx to rm2xxx.
