This one is classic songlap project.

The Federal govt and state govt is the one which is financing all the Gurney Wharf, Gurney drive road expansion and the PIL highway while the 100% privately owned company gets to do their RM30 billion GDV project on land given to them by government.

Government got zero share in the private company but have to foot the tens of billions cost for the projects that fully enhances the value of the private project.

Until now all the investigation papers still at AGC since February 2018. Case is not closed but also not charged.

That is what MACC statement said few months ago.
