Hi i bought this router but everytime i configure it i dont have any internet. I suspect that i misconfigured it or missed a part or something.

I have entered the mac address
Username and password for pppoe but still no internet.

Is it because of the vlan id?
Please help im a noob.

Supposedly TIME doesn't use vlan id like Unifi. I'm not a TIME user so I can't confirm that. There was another post about configuring router for TIME too. You only need to configure PPPoE settings, that's it. Try going through the thread below and see if it helps.

You can request Time to send their technician to configure your new router but they will charge you for a fees.

Is this a new setup? Or are you replacing your current router? Has your connection ever worked before this?

Ok so you are replacing the current one then. Are you sure your username and password for PPPoE is correct? There really shouldn't be anything special to configure. Are you able to login to your current router and compare the settings?

I just noticed that you said you entered the MAC address? You don't usually need to enter a new MAC address. Did you copy the MAC address from your current router? Just leave it as default. If there's no way to reset to default, just reset your router to the factory settings and configure from beginning. This time, just leave the MAC address settings.

Usually TIME Username is [username]@time or [username]@timebb and some random generated password.

Try to leave everything as default first, just the username & password.

If the new router able to login (verify this by looking at the LED status on the router, usually Red colour if failed login), then only proceed to configure the rest of the settings such as SSD, DHCP etc.

Also, try to use back the same IP Address from the old router, same SSID Name & password, this way any connected devices via LAN or Wifi will automatically connect back without much configuration on those devices.

Hope this helps... cool2.gif
