Windows 10 activation issues

I just fresh install my Windows 10. It was activated with digital license upon signing in my microsoft account. No problem on this.
But I had issues with the activation previously on my windows before formatting. Suddenly my windows was not activated and no matter what I tried, cannot activate it even my microsoft account has digital license of windows 10. This happened twice already. Everytime I had to reinstall windows to get it activated. Anyone know what is this weird issue? Something corrupt my windows? What is your thought?
