Sooner or later, the late worm will be gotten by the early birds.

The human body has been naturally created or programmed to sleep early at night and not sleep late at day time. Pre-1960s, there were no bright fluorescent lights at night in the homes or shopping malls that encourage people to sleep late.

a good share though, when consulting doctors , they assert that adults still need 8 hrs of sleep..hmmm...

anyone here practice this 4-5am out-of-the-bed lifestyle? care to share how do you feel as compared to the usual time, say 7-8am?

Usually up by 5:15am and leave home for work by 5:30. Commute takes about 10-12mins. Usually mind is awake and tend to get more things sorted out before the bulk of the office livens up from 8:30 onwards.

I tend to be sleepy by 9-10pm and crash early...

In terms of productiveness - it depends. I tend to catch up on news and articles in the morning and reply any emails if needed.
