Anyone here practice drinking alkaline water PH9.5?

Im thinking of buying one to combat my health problem.

Does it work?

Fuhh 6-8 Litres. No side effect? I really want to avoid medicines.

Im no expert, so Im hoping for more opnions on this.

Because, based on my experience Mineral Water and drinking water perform differently in the body, so why not Alkaline?

I noticed drinking mineral water somewhat makes you sweat easier during exercise compared to drinking water (And pee more often).
