Anyone here practice drinking alkaline water PH9.5?

Im thinking of buying one to combat my health problem.

i believe iced chinese tea itself is a bit alkaline so i drink that when stomach not feeling well

because basically there is no scientific proof that alkaline water is good for consumption, and most direct sales MLM selling alkaline water filter/machine are pure marketing gimmicks.

Other than allopurinol to prevent (before it hit you), just drink plenty of plain water, hydrate your bloodstream with water. Look at colour of your urine, must be clear. 6-8 litres of water per day.

Pure gimmics. People not drinking enough water, not taking care of their kidneys. Thats all.

Rather than donate money to these MLMs, just donate blood

Because, based on my experience Mineral Water and drinking water perform differently in the body, so why not Alkaline?

gout problem most likely is because of diet.
but of coz need to diagnose as suggest by doctor and then change your diet.
you can sign some gym or get a personal trainer to give you the right exercises and eat balance.

when you go colder place, say -2 celcius country. does your body temperature change to -2 celcius?
no, it will still stay the same.

alkaline water is just a marketing gimmick, be it sold by mlm or any brand.
don't forget before alkaline, we have RO water, which earlier also claim has benefit to health.
but at the end, it is not proven. no one drink RO water now.

I do drink alkaline water but it's out of habit. For gout, your diet is still the key component. Hope you get better soon!
