LG Velvet arrived! So thin seriously shocking

LG V50S + Dual Screen buyer ordered also arrived. Brand new sealed set.
Guess he wait for V60 too long better play V50S first

I buy from my supplier. Brand new sealed with dual screen is RM2500.

No display set and no pre-order from any shop in Melaka. Most of the shop owner wont bring LG to MY as they still think LG is a problematic phone.
Only way is self import/online pre-order or buy second hand when available.

Well bad news! My supplier is Korean there and V60 isnt launch in Korea. Only North America and Europe. The only way is to get now is by ebay. Im looking for one too.

What LG is thinking not releasing for their country. They should love their home country first

V50S:
- Camera not as great as S20 series/pixel/iphone11pro.
- sometimes can see stutter/lag caused of the UI
- Dual screen always useful but bulky and heavy

Velvet UI smoother even not flagship chipset. So no regret bought this one.

Velvet UI includes new volume adjustment settings, notification bar color tweaking, and additional call notification settings. As for the devices that will receive the update, LG lists these six flagships:

LG V50 ThinQ
LG V50S ThinQ
LG V40 ThinQ
LG V35 ThinQ
LG G8 ThinQ
LG G7 ThinQ

Yes v50s already got A10.
Some will choose V50 over V50S as V50 has higher resolution.
But for me i will choose V50S because of their dual screen. Added more features than V50 dual screen.

I just share information about V series. But Velvet UI is better than UI on previous model.
And Velvet also ThinQ, just they didn't put it on the model.
On the side box it still printed ThinQ. Now no mouthful to say the model

No dual screen for Velvet yet. Korean sold out in minutes. Maybe next month can get the stock from Korea.

My V60 + DS is on the way from US. I will give initial comparison between them.

You mean buy from me later? Postage with insurance is the best way for those who's far.
I can't find anywhere to buy this V60 except Ebay.

If DS is more important to you then V60 DS is the latest and new version. More features than V50 DS as POGO is not high power thus limit what the dual screen can do. Like V50S DS new feature, using typeC as connector, it can expand full screen browsing. Best suit for landscape mode.

Because they are not releasing them to country like us. Nearest to them is China, if they release it there then we can get dual sim. Else all the countries they released to are all single sim. North America, Europe, Korea.

Easy way is eBay/forwarder but ebay can get cheaper price than retail.

To find US unlocked set quite hard and expensive. But you can always ask the seller to unlock it with a fee.
Best way is Canada set which is always unlocked.
US locked set cannot be use here.

Not yet as price still skyhigh. Lets see end of the year or next year, surely will have in Shopee.

It's safe, buyer's protection is good. Been using the eBay since 2007 or so.

V60 is not release in Korea so no. Only way is ebay. Mine already shipped from US, just waiting for it. Been 2 weeks already.
