For ewallet payment, it is FOC.

mine just rm19 balance  luckily didnt keep too much $$ earlier before the cessation of bill payment last month.

update: yes only RM15 extra , given in the app as 15FVs, which can be used to pay as credits to pay bills as well
This is not ur first time reload right? Because for new member, it will get 30FV, existing member is 15FV

Not really, my friend did it yesterday, he get total 18%. And I did claimed the similar 10% rebate coupon yesterday for TNB and Astro, no issue.
