boss my place diorang tumpang line tm. so i dont know sabotaj or not but the latency agak tinggi jugak then suddenly no line or internet putus. ping packet lost around 8pm till 10pm then okay balik. agak frustrating jugak. potong stim u know? hahahaha so i terminate when pindah rumah. if not need to pay 500rm wowwww.

been using since the day it launches... everything ok r, modem still working fine as always, renewed the contract somemore

for sure not router issue. already change few routers still same. noticed that every time it down, is during peak time around 7-9pm.
of course after restart will resolved the issue. complain many time to Maxis, they will suggest to restart to solve the problem as usual.
so just waiting for the contract to end.

My experience with Maxis has been terrible, just avoid at all costs.

Speed has been consistently bad, dc, latency issues, and worst thing is their customer service.
Twice their technician FFK, made appointment and no show, took leave to attend to them and they didn't show up, called Maxis, promised to call back and did not.
When they show up they claimed "Satellite issue" on a fiber network.

TM had no such issue for me. Technicians actually spent time testing the line, installed a booster, and fixed the issue.
Furthermore, in terms of 4G, Celcom was more reliable.
