Dun get it.. if you can afford to buy RM1800-2000psf product, why even bother to rent out for airbnb? Go google airbnb and its impact on your property....

This is penny wise pound foolish. You need to understand ultimately capital appreciation is the most important aspect in any property investment.

By rent out to airbnb, you are holding depreciating property while the operator is milking the cow for cash.
